Boys Dance Too! At ADFS, we believe that dance is for everyone. While boys are always welcome to join their level-based classes alongside all dancers, we also offer classes created specifically with boys in mind. These classes focus on strength, coordination, and style, building confidence in a high-energy, supportive environment. Boys Acro & Tumbling (Acrobatics, Strength, Flexibility) Tuesday @ 5:15 pm, 45 min. Boys Ballet (Foundational Techniques) Saturday @ 12:15 pm, 1 hour. Dress code for Boys Ballet: solid black or white t-shirt, solid black athletic shorts or pants, black ballet shoes. Dress code for Boys Acro & Tumbling: solid black or white t-shirt, solid black athletic shorts or pants, black jazz shoes or bare feet for tumbling. Dress code for Jazz Classes: solid black or white t-shirt, solid black athletic shorts or pants, black jazz shoes. Our Registration Fee is a $35 charge per dancer per season for enrolling in a dance season. The fee helps cover administrative and setup costs like class placement, communication tools, and registration processing. Required Number of Weekly Hours: based on level. Adult Dance Classes: Join our adult dance classes and move, groove, and get fit in a fun, supportive environment—no experience necessary. Whether you’re reigniting an old passion or trying something new, we have a class for you. Adult Tap (Sounds & Rhythms with Tap Shoes as Percussion) Monday @ 7:15 pm, 1 hour. Adult Jazz (Rhythmic & Expressive Movement) Monday @ 8:30 pm, 1 hour. Adult Hip Hop (Street Dance Styles) Wednesday @ 7:30 pm, 1 hour. Adult Ballet (Foundational Techniques) Wednesday @ 8:30 pm, 1 hour. Dress code for adults: dress to your comfort level for the style of dance. Pink or black canvas ballet shoes, black jazz shoes, black hip hop high tops or black and white sneakers of choice, and black lace-up tap shoes are all acceptable. Most adult participants wear athletic wear for dance classes. Pricing for adults: enroll for a class at $30 per month per class, drop-in for $12 per class, or use a punch card for a discounted rate. 10 Adult Dance/Fitness Classes Card $100. 20 Adult Dance/Fitness Classes Card $160. 50 Adult Dance/Fitness Classes Card $250. Adult Fitness Classes: From beginners to seasoned pros, our fitness classes are designed for all levels. Build strength, boost endurance, and have fun in a supportive, energizing environment. Weight Training with Jill Tuesday @ 9:30 am, 45 min. Weight Training with Serena Wednesday @ 9:30 am, 45 min. Circuit Training with Serena (Combines Strength & Cardio) Thursday @ 9:30 am, 45 min. Mat Pilates with Macy (Core Strength & Flexibility) Friday @ 9:30 am, 45 min. Weight Training with Jill/Serena Saturday @ 8:00 am, 45 min.
